Warranty
anzachina warrants to the original purchaser the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and regular service, and preventative maintenance of a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. Should any failure conform with this warranty be found during the Warranty Period, please issue a warranty request by filling up the message box in the CONTACT column, anzachina will according to the specific cases, provide necessary repair service, parts for replacement or complete units of machine, which is free of charge during the Warranty Period.
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used.
It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Due to the nature of Corian, natural wood, porcelain, glass and concrete, the warranty does not cover parts made in these materials. Also the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product.
